Recruitment process starts after receiving the following documents from our Foreign Principals:-
- 1. Power of Attorney (See Annexure 1)
- 2. Demand Letter (See Annexure 2)
- 3. Letter in the name of Ambassador/Consul general of the employers country in Pakistan (See Annexure 3)
- 4. Visa slip in original.
- 5. Copy of the employers commercial registration / license
- 6. Copy of the employers ID Card.
Note: 3 to 6 are applicable for Saudi Arabia only.
STEPS TO FOLLOW
(a) Permission from the Protectorate of Emigrants
The documents received from the employer are submitted to the protector of emigrants for necessary registration / permission.
(b) Press advertisement
Thereafter, the vacancies are advertised through leading newspapers, to attract large number of candidates against the demand received.
(c) Interview Calls
On evaluation of the application received, short listing of the deserving candidates is initiated and call letter issued for provisional interview and trade test etc.
(d) Final Selection
The short listed candidates are then required to appear before the selection board. Thereafter the selected candidates are put to trade tests. The final rating is done after consideration of the individuals overall performance.
(e) Medical Test
The finally selected candidates are required to appear before the medical board comprising of highly competent specialists/doctors for conducting full medical check up duly approved by the GCC / and the consulate of the employers country.
(f) Visa Endorsement
On completion of above formalities, Passport of the candidate along with all required documents are submitted for visa stamping to the Embassy / Consulate of the country of employment.

(g) Final Registration of Candidates
After the visa stamping, the papers are passed on the ministry of labour Karachi for final registration of the candidates. This process is normally completed within 24 hours from the time of submission of passports and documents to the authority concerned.
(h) Briefing and Orientation - Drug Abuse etc.
A full length briefing is conducted by us and labour Dept / Protector of Emigrants prior to their final registration, so that they must well acquaint with the rules and regulations of the country of employment particularly the strict laws about drug abusing.
(i) Deployment of Emigrants
Finally, immediate arrangement are made for deployment of the emigrants to join their duties with the respective employees.
